Welcome Janette Waters.. WomenCARE's new Administrative Director!

Janette Waters first came to WomenCARE in the summer of 2011 as a front desk volunteer eager to lend her time and organizational skills to the office. Raised in a small town in the Central Valley, she moved to Santa Cruz in 1996 to finish her Anthropology studies at UCSC.  She fell in love with the beautiful Central Coast and decided to make Capitola her home.  Since her graduation in 1999, Janette has worked in the travel industry as a Contract and Product Development Manager as well as raising her three children. Her proactive nature and steady commitment have brought success throughout her diverse work history and she is eager to bring that commitment to WomenCARE. Having experienced her own breast cancer diagnosis in 2006, Janette also brings her passion for helping women living with cancer.  She is excited and honored to be the newest family member here at WomenCARE!
