Cecilia “Chila” Correa has 33 years of experience in the non-profit sector and 36 years working for health related organizations. For La Clinica de Salud in Salinas and the Health Department of Watsonville she did outreach and counseling, as well as medical assistance to doctors. At Planned Parenthood and Headstart she worked as a counselor, and for 7 years she did outreach for the Breast Cancer Early Detection Program. Chila has been with WomenCARE for over 11 years, performing bilingual/bicultural outreach education as well as providing one-on-one support and support group facilitation to many of our Latina clients.
